Customer Service Representative

 

Job Description:

This is a dynamic role where you will be working with a diverse range of clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

 

  • Inbound and Outbound Calls: You will handle incoming calls from customers, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Additionally, you will make outgoing calls to customers to confirm orders and provide updates on the status of their requests.
  • Order Processing: As a key member of our team, you will process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary details are captured and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Communication and Teamwork: You will maintain regular and effective communication with sales and production staff, escalating any customer issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate department or manager.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will also be essential in managing customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
