The Estate Lawyers is seeking an experienced Estate Litigation Lawyer to join our thriving boutique firm located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD. We are known for delivering top-tier estate law services in a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Our Director is approachable, hands-on, and committed to both client satisfaction and team development. We place a strong emphasis on career progression and ensure that every team member feels recognised and supported.

About You

We are looking for a motivated Lawyer who:

  • Is a team player with a positive outlook
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and has excellent interpersonal skills
  • Is keen to work closely with our Director and assist with a diverse and stimulating file load

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in meaningful and rewarding work alongside industry-leading estate Lawyers. You'll benefit from:

Experience Required

  • Minimum 2 years PAE
  • Litigation experience is essential; estate litigation experience preferred
  • Senior Lawyers with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
