About the Position: An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to take the reins on high-profile, high-stakes disputes. With 5–8 years post-admission experience, you'll handle a broad portfolio of commercial and construction litigation, including breach of contract, delay claims, negligence, and complex commercial matters involving substantial financial outcomes.

You'll work closely with Partners renowned in the industry, participate in strategic negotiations, guide clients through mediation and trial, and influence the direction of national-level cases. This position offers not just challenging legal work but a genuine opportunity to lead files, develop your professional standing, and mentor junior lawyers.

Key Requirements:

  • 5–8 years post-admission experience in litigation (private practice only)
  • Solid background in construction law and contract disputes
  • Skilled in negotiation, advocacy, and file management
  • Experience running large-scale, high-value claims independently
  • Committed to high performance and results-driven outcomes
