About the role

As Production Draftsperson, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality residential projects. This hands-on position is responsible for producing accurate and compliant working drawings that reflect client specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure plans are documented correctly, checked thoroughly, and delivered on time - providing the technical foundation that enables construction teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Produce accurate drawings that meet client specifications within agreed timelines.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the drafting process to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Incorporate dispensations, Council and Developer requirements into drawings and documentation.
  • Ensure all plans comply with building codes, standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update all relevant systems in a timely manner.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in residential drafting with knowledge of volume building, construction processes, and Rescode requirements.
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
