This is a highly rewarding and challenging Role for a REVIT Residential Draftsperson to join our industry leading Product Management team, located at the Metricon Mount Waverley Head Office.

Reporting to the National Master Documentation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Produce master drawings using Revit that comply with design and construction requirements
- Prepare and complete working drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections and details from the Design brief according to Company processes and accuracy standards
- Prepare master plans to ensure they are available when required product release for new display construction and production requirements - including all facades and sales plans
- Liaise with the Operations teams to ensure production of plans meet their requirements to produce customer plans according to the required production target dates
- Ensure that drawings are forwarded to and received from external suppliers within the nominated time frames to enable completion; and
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company Revit software and company procedures associated with REVIT usage.

- Formal Qualifications in a Diploma of Building Design and/or Drafting (or equivalent)
- Must have solid REVIT Australian Residential Drafting Experience and be competent to jump on and produce
- A sound understanding/knowledge of the residential construction process
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Ability to keep up to date with technological changes
- Must be able to demonstrate an ability to translate conceptual plans into final drawings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and proactive approach to all tasks undertaken; and
- A GREAT ATTITUDE
