Join a leading Australian construction group on a high-profile project local to the CBD.

We are seeking an experienced Contract Foreman to manage post-structural steel sequenceon this landmark project. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate trades working on the post structural sequence
  • Drive sequencing of works to ensure program milestones are met
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations, site safety, and company standards
  • Liaise with Project Manager, Site Manager, and other supervisors to maintain workflow
  • Monitor quality and productivity, troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Push trades to deliver safely, on time, and to specification

About You

  • Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor on high-rise or complex commercial projects
  • Strong knowledge of post-structural works
  • Ability to manage multiple trades across a vertical build efficiently
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability
  • Experience in high-rise towers or multi-storey projects highly regarded
