Who needs a fresh challenge and opportunity in 2026? Open to moving to SEQ, the project sits between Brisbane and the Gold Coast.  As an award winning tier two Construction group, our client has built an outstanding reputation and company culture over 40 years. Renowned for delivering bespoke construction projects valued between $50M and $250M, they have grown through quality and value of project delivery, resulting in regular repeat business, and now are undertaking another major $200mil project in South Brisbane.

As they continue to prepare for this project launch, they are seeking Multiple roles per below to be based on site.

  1. General Foreman

Salary:$170,000-$210,000 Package

Responsibilities

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure all team members and subcontractors adhere to OHS Policy.
  • Preparing and attending various meetings including Safety Toolbox meetings, internal project meetings and client site meetings
  • Manage day-to-day activities on construction sites, including supervision and management of subcontractors.

  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and personnel to efficiently optimise construction processes.

  • Leading Hand/Foreman

Salary: $140,000-$160,000 Package

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the day to day running of the site, including supervision of Subcontractors
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Completion of set-out tasks to ensure successful operations and organisation of construction site for trades, including transferring design information from plans/drawings to the site, ensuring accuracy and precision
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance on the construction site, conducting toolbox talks, safety inductions, and risk assessments as needed.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman or General Foreman
  • Proven experience in High-rise Residential, commercial construction, or industrial projects
  • Strong technical skills in setting out, programming, scheduling, and specific areas such as structures, jump form, civil, finishes, or façades
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing site teams, liaising with clients, and overseeing subcontractors
