Exciting Job Opportunity with Fineline Formwork Group

We are looking to start a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Labourer to join our dynamic team for full-time, ongoing roles.

Position: Formwork Labourers

Responsibilities:

  • Construction, formwork, labour and concreting work as directed by project manager.
  • Operating excavator as required (ticket required).
  • Collaborate with project managers, site foreman and/or other stakeholders to meet deadlines and project objectives.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety and efficacy.
  • Available Monday to Saturday.

Experience: 3 years experience in a similar role within residential and commercial construction desirable.

Requirements:

  • Desirable: 3 years relevant experience in a similar role expertise in commercial formwork, concrete structure work and carpentry
  • Able to travel across Melbourne and Geelong (and surrounding areas)
  • Positive attitude, hands on, professional and reliable.
  • Thorough understanding of commercial and residential construction
  • Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications and construction programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have own tools and transport.
  • Valid tickets and White Card are required.
  • Desirable: Excavator ticket, Dogman, Telehandler, Drivers Licence.
