Australian Energy Upgrades is a leader in providing comprehensive energy efficiency solutions. Specializing in the design, procurement, and installation of advanced solar PV, battery storage, EV charging infrastructure, HVAC and hot water upgrades, we help clients achieve substantial energy savings. Our mission is to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of operations. We manage the entire project lifecycle, including handling complex certificate creation processes through government programs like VEECs and STCs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site, phone based role located in Geelong, VIC for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients to identify their energy efficiency needs, developing and presenting customized solutions, and managing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site assessments, preparing proposals, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Proven track record in sales or related field
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency solutions and government programs is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Business, Marketing, or related field a plus.
