We're on the lookout for a Professional Landscape Gardener to join our supportive and passionate team. If you love working outdoors, enjoy physical work, and want to make a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • General gardening: mowing, edging, pruning, mulching, weeding, planting
  • Basic landscaping and property maintenance
  • Providing outstanding service to regular and new clients
  • Working both independently and alongside a friendly, motivated team

Interested applicants would also have a willingness to be trained up in a team lead position which involves;

  • Driving a work vehicle and towing a trailer (P2 licence at a minimum)
  • Being responsible for the care and safe operation of a company vehicle, trailer, all tools and equipment contained in it
  • Being friendly, approachable and having excellent communication skills to engage with our diverse client base
  • Supervising and delegating jobs to any off-siders that may be working with you
  • Working alongside other team leaders, the administrator and director to provide consistently high levels of service to our clients
What You'll Need
  • A great attitude, strong work ethic, and a love for outdoor work
  • Ability to work independently and follow task lists
  • Willingness to obtain an NDIS worker screening check, (similar to police and working with children checks)
  • Valid Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) and own reliable vehicle
  • Minimum 1-2 years of landscaping or gardening experience required
  • Must be an Australian citizen with valid work rights
