At KU Bel Air, we aim to provide an inclusive, safe, stimulating and caring environment for children. Our environments serve as a special place for children to be children and enjoy their childhood through curiosity, exploration, creativity and imagination.
Our program offers children the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of learning experiences and activities, each specifically designed to promote children's confidence as capable, active participants in their own learning. Children are presented with a range of activities including gardening, arts and crafts, music and movement, physical play, block building, sand and water play, science experiments, early numeracy activities such as counting and measurement, and early literacy activities such as reading, drawing and writing.
KU Bel Air Preschool operates during the NSW Term time and offers 30 places to the local community.
The Role
To commence from term 1 in 2025. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated certificate III educator to join KU Bel Air Preschool. This role will see you providing pivotal break cover, Monday to Friday 4.6 hours a day on a fixed term basis until December 2025. Work hours can be negotiated with the preferred applicant.

Of course, you will need:
- Australian working rights
 - A current NSW Working with Children Check
 - An ACECQA recognised Certificate III qualification.
 - Completed Child Protection Training as well as demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices
 - Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
 - Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
