Head of SOC
to lead the strategy, operations, and transformation of our global Security Operations Centre across Australia and the Philippines.

You'll define what excellence looks like in a modern SOC — automation first, intelligence led, and people powered.

The Opportunity

  • Lead a unified, follow-the-sun SOC model
  • Drive detection, response, and operational excellence
  • Inspire and grow a high-performing global team
  • Partner across Threat Intel, DFIR, Red Team, and GRC

Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years in cybersecurity, 10+ leading SOC or MDR operations
  • Technical depth across SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, and incident response
  • Calm, decisive leadership and strategic mindset
