We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Associate to join our Personal Injury Insurance team in Sydney working in a team headed by Partner, Robyn Brewster.

About the team and the work

  • You will work directly with a Special Counsel who specialises in common law personal injury litigation.
  • Get exposure to State and Commonwealth government departments in a range of jurisdictions as well as self-insured and specialised blue -chip clients.
  • With a strong focus on matters relating to public liability, asbestos and dust diseases, the work is complex and challenging.
  • You will be mentored and encouraged to develop your skills whilst supporting the senior members of the team on a wide range of matters.

About you

  • At least 2 - 4 years' experience in personal injury litigation in the District or Supreme Court of NSW.
  • Attention to detail and an ability to manage time and work to deadlines is essential, this is a small but very busy team.
