About Us

BulkBox Foods LLC is a fast-growing importer and distributor of premium beef and lamb, and a creator of USA manufactured CPG brands ready to launch. This role will manage a suite of CPG meat brands, bringing world-class proteins and clear brand storytelling to retail, hospitality, and consumers.

We are hiring a Marketing Generalist to exclusively build and grow our brands. This is an in-house role, not agency or freelance client work. The position is remote day to day, with monthly in-person company catchups to stay connected and aligned. You will work closely with, and report directly to, the CEO, whilst partnering with the wider team as a resource.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google with a focus on sales growth and ROAS.

  • Plan and publish multi-brand social calendars.

  • Create engaging digital assets: posts, reels, emails, newsletters.

  • Track and report KPIs: CTR, CPA, ROAS, engagement; make data-led recommendations.

  • Manage basic e-commerce updates and conversion funnels.

  • Support product launches, retail promotions, and events.

Qualifications

  • Marketing experience, ideally in CPG, food, beverage, or hospitality.

  • Proven ability to create and deploy paid campaigns that drive measurable sales.

  • Comfortable in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics dashboards.

  • Strong writing and visual communication skills.

  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple brand voices.

  • Bonus: content creation (photography or video) or influencer partnerships.
