This permanent position is a unique opportunity for an HR Generalist to take the lead in a truly rewarding business and culture.

The role will work in partnership with the leadership team and diverse employees to support business strategy. It will suit an HR leader with experience partnering with commercial business, to lead strategy, advisory and projects for ANZ. It is a hands on and consultative role leading employee engagement to facilitate business growth. Working closely with the local HR Advisor it will also lead and execute global HR projects.

Reporting to the Regional HR Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing & implementing HR strategy
  • Leading change, growth and coaching leaders through this
  • Talent management & succession planning
  • Leading employee lifecycle processes including ER matters
  • Owning policy review and communications across the business
  • Managing HR projects for ANZ and APAC as appropriate
  • Oversight of HR reporting and maintaining data in line with local and global compliance.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a commercial organisation
  • Strategic leadership experience, with exposure to growth/change preferred
  • Experience partnering with sales, marketing and clinical/technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor qualifications in HR, or similar
  • HRIS experience, with Workday/SuccessFactors preferred
  • Experience partnering in the Pharmaceutical or MedTech Industry advantageous.
