Japan, Australia and New Zealand, Southeast Asia, South Asia etc)

About the role:

  • Drive full funnel growth: Plan and deliver high performing demand generation campaigns across digital, social, and content channels that attract, engage, and convert SMB audiences.
  • Own the lead journey: Manage acquisition, scoring, nurturing, and handoff to sales to ensuring every lead contributes meaningfully to pipeline goals.
  • Optimise through data: Track campaign metrics, analyse performance trends, and translate insights into strategic recommendations that boost ROI.
  • Collaborate for impact: Partner with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure regional campaigns align with business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Leverage technology: Use platforms like Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce to execute campaigns, automate workflows, and deliver measurable results.

About you:

  • 7+ years' experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation for SMB or enterprise technology markets.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, SEO/SEM, paid media, social, and email.
  • Strong background in marketing automation and CRM systems, with proven success managing complex multi-channel campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tools like Google Analytics and Tableau for campaign reporting and optimisation.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with a track record of building alignment across sales and marketing functions.
