TMG - Braemar is a leader in feed manufacturing, producing high-quality, APVMA-licensed products trusted across the industry. We're expanding our team and looking for detail-driven process employees to join our production team.

We're seeking a skilled Pre-Production Operator with packaging experience—especially in labelling machinery—who knows the difference between "good enough" and "spot on."

About the Role

  • Operate and oversee labelling machinery for a variety of container types—flat, round, square.
  • Ensure every label is positioned with exact precision—no crooked edges, no air bubbles.
  • Prepare packaging lines to meet production schedules and client specifications.
  • Support pre-production setup, ensuring cartons, labels, and materials are ready to flow seamlessly.
  • Maintain a spotless, food-safe working environment.

About You

  • Experience in packaging or contract packaging environments (highly regarded).
  • Proven skills with labelling equipment and machinery.
  • Precision mindset—you notice when a label is 2mm off.
  • Strong eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in presentation.
  • Organised, reliable, and able to keep pace with production demands.
