About the role

We are currently seeking a motivated Farm Hand to join the team located in Harden, NSW. This position is a fulltime role Monday to Friday, with the opportunity for overtime. Reporting to the Farm Manager you will be focused on maintaining our high standards of duck welfare.

Daily duties include:

  • Monitoring the ducks
  • Managing feed and water
  • Litter management
  • Cleaning sheds and equipment
  • Maintaining the property and facilities

Skills & Experience:

  • Poultry experience preferred, but not essential
  • Confidence to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Physically fit and energetic
  • Willingness to learn
