Responsibilities
- Assist with marketing campaigns across Xiaohongshu (REDNote).
- Create and manage social media content to boost engagement and visibility.
- Support design and production of marketing materials (posters, posts, videos).
- Conduct market research and analyze feedback to improve strategy.
- Track and optimize social media performance and explore collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
- Current university student (Marketing, Media, or Business preferred).
- Strong English & Chinese communication skills.
- Familiar with major social media platforms.
- Basic design or video-editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop preferred).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative.

Compensation
- Training: ~1 month (1 day/week, 2–3 hrs, unpaid learning period).
- After training: From A$26/hr + performance incentives.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 26 per week
