We are looking for a reliable and organised officer to join one of our leading supply chain clients as an Warehouse Administrator. This role is all about keeping things moving - helping drivers, handling dispatch paperwork, and making sure stock and deliveries are managed smoothly.

  • Location: Oxley, Southwest Brisbane
  • Payrate: $37.13/hour
  • Shift Time: Afternoon shift - 10am to 6pm

The Role:

  • Greeting and assisting drivers when they arrive
  • Answering phone calls and emails in a friendly, helpful way
  • Keeping dispatch paperwork and records accurate and compliant with SOPs
  • Helping organise inbound and outbound freight
  • Checking stock and making sure materials are ready when needed

We need someone who is punctual and proactive. As this is a fast-paced role, you must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and being able to think quickly on your feet to address issues. Strong time management, attention to detail and communication skills are a must

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and upskill
  • Confident speaking with drivers, clients and team members from various cultural backgrounds
  • Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics is a bonus (not a must)
  • Must be able to pass drug & alcohol testing and medical checks
  • Police clearance and full work rights required
