Inventory & Warehouse Administrator – Dowell Windows (Geebung)

Dowell Windows has been making windows for Aussie homes for over 160 years – and we're proud to still be Australian owned and operated. Our Geebung site is looking for a reliable, organised person to help us keep track of our stock and support our warehouse team.

This role is a mix of warehouse and admin work. You'll help make sure our materials are in the right place, at the right time, so our production team can get the job done. We'll provide all the training you need – you just bring your attention to detail and willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing:

  • Checking and recording incoming deliveries of glass, rubber, aluminium, and hardware.
  • Updating stock levels in our computer system (training provided).
  • Helping keep the warehouse organised and materials easy to find.
  • Working with the team to make sure stock is ready for production.
  • Assisting with stock counts and helping with twice-yearly stocktakes.
  • Talking with suppliers and other departments to keep things moving smoothly.

  • Have worked in a warehouse, inventory, or admin role before (bonus points if you've done more than one).
  • Are comfortable using a computer and learning new systems.
  • Pay attention to detail and like getting things right.
  • Enjoy working in a team and can communicate clearly.
  • Are organised and can keep on top of tasks without constant reminders.
