THE OPPORTUNITY

Location: Kilcoy

Provide reporting and administrative support to Warehouse Operations manager, Shift Supervisors and Shift Administrators. Gather information and manage MHE maintenance logs, quotes, and servicing schedules. Reconciliation and management of CHEP accounts. Ensure employee queries, ANL and other related documents are completed and submitted promptly. Assist with dispatch process and warehouse operations team with administration, stock and purchase orders.

About the role

  • Support the development and monitoring of key cross-functional business metrics.
  • Improve administration processes through training, growth opportunities, and efficient task management.
  • Provide technical support in Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping aligned with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Manage office supplies and perform general administrative duties, including support for bookkeeping and payroll.
  • Participate in professional development and assist with special projects and other assigned tasks.

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective time management abilities.
  • Prior experience in warehouse administration.Relevant qualifications or experience supporting administrative functions.
