We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant / Warehouse Assistant to join our team at our Rocklea, QLD store.

This is a casual position offering flexible 20+ hours per week. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the overall operations of our furniture retail business.

Day to Day Operations are:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrate and showcase our furniture products to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and tidy store appearance
- Restock and replenish merchandise as needed
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Assisting in getting orders prepared for delivery in the warehouse
- Listings on online sale platforms

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Availability for some Saturday work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
- Experience of Marketing / selling online
- Someone that can work on their own, open and close warehouse when required

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

**Experience**:

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
