The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing oversight for the delivery of activities within the Fusion Program (including the State-wide Laboratory Information Management System and associated projects in scope), under the leadership of the Program Manager.
The Senior Project Manager provides leadership and guidance to project managers and project officers reporting to this position and ensures project milestones and activities are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope. All project activities must align with the Fusion delivery roadmap, ICT operational processes and sector, the organisations strategic plan, and NSW Government policies.

- Highly developed ability to interpret complex information, provide clear analysis and reporting, and develop creative, business-focused solutions to challenges.
- Superior skills in planning, prioritisation, and multitasking, with demonstrated success operating in high-volume, demanding environments while maintaining a strong customer and outcome focus.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with proven experience building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders to achieve positive business outcomes.
