Accounts Officer / Office All-Rounder - Part Time (3-4 Days per Week)

ACRWORLD are partnering with a well-established, family-run construction company based in Strathfield to find an Accounts Officer / Office All-Rounder to join their small, supportive team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and wants a long-term, flexible part-time role within a stable and down-to-earth business.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the company directors, this position will see you managing a range of accounting and administrative tasks, including:

  • Payroll - 12 staff
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • Invoice and expense processing
  • Bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping (Xero experience ideal)
  • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
  • General office administration and support

The role is part-time 3 to 4 days per week with flexibility around working days and hours to suit the right candidate.

About You

We're seeking someone who is:

  • Experienced in accounts and office administration (construction or trades background advantageous)
  • Confident using Xero or similar accounting systems
  • Highly organised, accurate, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
  • A team player with great communication skills and a proactive attitude
