About The Role
We're seeking a driven
Sales & Marketing Executive
to play a key role in expanding our reach and impact. This fully
remote position
offers flexibility, autonomy, and ongoing professional support.
You'll develop and manage marketing initiatives, mentor new-starers, drive growth through innovative digital strategies, and invest time in your own personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns
- Research new marketing methods and niche market strategies
- Create and optimise digital advertising and social media strategies
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate CRM data and track performance metrics
- Participate in leadership meetings and virtual training sessions
- Mentor and support new team members
- Join optional in-person training and networking events
- Invest in your own personal and professional development
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and enjoy the journey
About You
- 10+ years' employment or business experience
- The ability to set goals and be motivated to achieve them
- Strong communication skills and a courteous phone manner
- Familiar with digital tools, CRMs, and social media platforms
- Self-motivated and results-focused with a proactive mindset
- Passionate about leadership, personal growth, and professional excellence
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- The ability to work autonomously and stay motivated
- Determination to succeed, and to pivot when necessary
- Be organised and resourceful
