This is a 7 days operation cafe

If you enjoy the hustle and bustle of a busy cafe and enjoy getting to know your customers, then Muffin Break is just the place.

We are looking for experienced cafe supervisor to join our new team and hit the ground running.

This position will require flexible availability and management skill.

Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Barista and Front of House Duties
  • Overseeing daily café operations to ensure smooth service and optimal customer experience.
  • Managing inventory by keeping track of stock & supplies
  • Ensuring excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints & queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting with local marketing efforts, including social media, promotions, and in-store displays to attract customers.
  • Resolving conflicts or issues between staff members.
  • Conducting regular cleaning and maintenance checks of the café and kitchen equipment.
  • Reporting to management on the day to day, customer feedback, staff performance, and any issues within the venue.

The right person will:

  • Have a positive, professional can-do attitude at all times
  • Be friendly, humble and always customer focused
  • Previous cafe/restaurant experience is essential
