Responsibilities
  • We are looking for shift supervisors right now
  • As a Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the operations on shift to our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards.
  • You will lead people, through coaching and support, to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences through every interaction.
  • You will maintain a positive culture and a well presented, clean and safe restaurant whilst utilising your strong time management and multi-tasking skills during the peak periods in the restaurant by also getting involved in food preparation and service.
Qualifications / What we're looking for
  • We are looking for someone who is an expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will demonstrate a real knack for leading, inspiring and supporting the crew to be at their best every shift and be a champion for the customer.
  • If you love food, fun and leading people and operations in a fast paced environment, take pride in the way you present your space and product and have a passion to be the best part of someone's day, then The Rooster's Calling You.
