About the Opportunity

As a Grounds Maintenance Worker at Kareeya Power Station, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the site's grounds, supporting plant and dam inspections, and assisting with maintenance and outage activities. This is a permanent, site-based role reporting to the Kareeya Superintendent. You'll be responsible for cleaning amenities, operating mobile plant, and ensuring the safety and environmental standards of the site are upheld. The role includes Safe Work System responsibilities and may involve overtime during peak periods.

About you
  • You bring 3–5 years of experience in grounds maintenance or trades assistance within power stations or heavy industry.
  • You're confident operating plant equipment and hold relevant high-risk work licences (e.g. forklift, dogging, rigging, EWP).
  • You understand Safe Work Systems and have experience with maintenance management systems like SAP.
  • You're collaborative, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team in a regional location.
