About The Opportunity

As a Grounds Maintenance Worker at Kareeya Power Station, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the site's grounds, supporting plant and dam inspections, and assisting with maintenance and outage activities. This permanent, site-based role reports to the Kareeya Superintendent. Responsibilities include cleaning amenities, operating mobile plant, and ensuring safety and environmental standards are upheld. The role involves Safe Work System responsibilities and may require overtime during peak periods.

About You
  • 3–5 years of experience in grounds maintenance or trades assistance within power stations or heavy industry.
  • Confidence operating plant equipment and holding relevant high-risk work licences (e.g., forklift, dogging, rigging, EWP).
  • Understanding of Safe Work Systems and experience with maintenance management systems like SAP.
  • Collaborative, safety-focused, and ready to contribute to a high-performing team in a regional location.
