**Introduction**:
We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Grounds Attendant to join our Grounds and Maintenance team. This role is key in ensuring our club, motel, and surrounding grounds are always presented to the highest standard for our members and guests.
**Description**:
This position is offered on a part-time basis, working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Reporting to the Grounds and Maintenance Manager you’ll take pride in maintaining our gardens, car parks, and motel grounds. Your tasks will be varied and hands-on, including:

- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the motel pool, spa, and sauna (including water testing)
- Presenting gardens, terraces, and grassed areas to a high standard
- Rubbish removal
- Using tools and equipment (such as blowers, mowers and pressure washers)
- Replanting garden beds and general outdoor maintenance
- Assisting with minor maintenance tasks as required
- Always ensuring safe work practices and using protective equipment provided

- Communicates well with team members and patrons

A Certificate III in Horticulture is desirable but not essential. More importantly, we’re after someone who is practical, committed, and ready to pitch in as part of a team.
