We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Professional to perform general maintenance tasks, ensuring the safety and integrity of buildings and grounds.

Job Summary:

As a Facilities Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, floor maintenance, and grounds upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular facility maintenance and repairs according to a predetermined schedule.
  • Assist with snow removal from sidewalks and driveways.
  • Participate in grounds upkeep, trash removal, and receiving and distributing supplies.
  • Move furniture and assist housekeeping staff as needed.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess experience in maintenance and repair tasks, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The role requires some weekend availability and occasional off-hours on-call coverage.
