BYD has a unique opportunity for a Full Time Car Care Consultant to join the team at our Sunshine Coast location.

We are Eagers Automotive and we have joined the BYD retail network in Australia.

Working exclusively with BYD, we are looking for a Car Care Consultant who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer purchase experience. We are seeking eager, enthusiastic, and passionate salespeople who have had previous experience in Retail Sales or Hospitality, wanting career progression or a new direction with limitless opportunities.

As a Car Care Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Demonstration of our Vehicle protection range to our customers
  • Learn and maintain an excellent knowledge of existing and new products
  • Creation and administration of prospective customer details
  • Liaison with technical colleagues to ensure vehicles in preparation have relevant products applied
  • Preparing warranties and necessary paperwork for customers and registration with underwriters for delivery
