What You will Be Doing

  • Delivering personal care, social support, and respite services in clients' homes;
  • Building genuine connections that brighten clients' everyday lives;
  • Following care plans, maintaining records, and keeping safety front of mind;
  • Working alongside a caring team that has your back.

What We are Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Cert III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent;
  • Current First Aid & CPR;
  • Current driver's licence & reliable vehicle;
  • Hold NDIS Worker screening (Yellow Card) or prepared to obtain;
  • A positive, caring attitude + teamwork skills.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Previous experience preferred (However – we will support you if you are starting out);
  • Additional skills in dementia care.
