About the role

Pacific Motor Group on the Sunshine Coast is looking to recruit a highly motivated used car sales person looking to be part of our dynamic team.

This is an opportunity to establish a sales career in a company that is intimate enough so you will know your team and your customers, but large enough to be playing on the big stage offering real potential for growth and diversity in your career.

This position would be suited to a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for providing consumer excellence by going that extra mile. With strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base

We're looking for someone who is passionate about automotive sales and can help build a culture that's second to none.

In return, the candidate will be part of a fun team environment with ongoing support and training to continually develop your skills. Additionally, the successful candidate will have uncapped earning potential in the way of a retainer and performance-based commission structure.

Great working hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm, and Saturday pm. You will get a weekly RDO off as well
