This is a permanent, full-time day shift position — Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:15 PM.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work hands-on across various stations in our tyre production and retreading process. Your responsibilities will include:


• Handling, inspecting, and repairing tyres


• Using semi-automated production equipment and hand tools


• Recording and communicating tyre data accurately


• Following safety, quality, and operational procedures


• Operating one or more of the following stations:

o Inspection Station

o Buffing Station

o Skiving Station

o Tread Building Station

o Enveloping Station


• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For


• Physically fit and able to safely lift up to 20kg


• A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn


• A focus on safety and quality


• A team player with good time management skills


• Current driver's licence and reliable transport


• Availability to work overtime when required


• Forklift licence (desirable, but not essential)
