Casual Function & Events Coordinator

Box Hill RSL Sub-Branch

Box Hill RSL is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Casual Function and Events Coordinator to assist our Function & Events Manager with the planning and delivery of a wide range of events, including member functions, community events, and private bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination and setup of functions and events
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with event logistics, run sheets, and room setups
  • Provide on-the-day event support to ensure a high standard of service

About You:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in hospitality, events, or functions is highly regarded

This is a casual position with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.  Award wages apply.
