We're currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team member to join our B2BE Commerce Support Team. This is a casual position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our online shopfronts and catalogues
  • Oversee catalog allocation mapping , including updates to banners, size charts, and grids
  • Configure and maintain back-end content such as FAQs and user guidance
  • Support promotional messaging and seasonal updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely updates
Ideal Candidate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced) for catalog and allocation management
  • Comfortable with PowerPoint and other Office tools for internal presentations and updates
  • Has general IT experience and is confident working across digital platforms (full training provided)
  • Possesses graphic design skills (e.g. photo resizing, banner creation, basic promotional visuals)
  • Is detail-oriented, organised, and customer-focused
  • Communicates clearly and works well with cross-functional teams
