About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our MCC ANZ team. This role supports IT infrastructure across the region, working closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager to deliver exceptional IT support services. This is a hands-on position with exposure to diverse systems and platforms across MCC sites.

Duties include:

• Providing technical support for IT project rollouts
• Manage regional system backups, server patching and end-user device maintenance.
• Maintain and update systems, including Active Directory, Sentinel One, TeamViewer and infrastructure firmware.
• Monitor systems and keep accurate records of infrastructure assets.
• Assist in continuous IT systems improvement and provide staff training.
• Travel requirements to MCC sites across the region to deliver onsite support.

Systems awareness:

• Hyperconverged Infrastructure, especially HPE SimpliVity
• Microsoft 365
• Aruba and Cisco Networking
• MPLS WAN environments
• Management Information Systems (MIS)

About you

• Minimum 5 years of similar experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Proficiency in MS Windows Server 2019, Desktop OS, Office 365/Microsoft 365/Azure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft Intune, VMware, Veeam, and AWS.
• Experience with network switches, patch panels, access points (Cisco Meraki preferred), and printer troubleshooting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for end users.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is highly regarded.
