- Engage with key tertiary institutions and industry bodies regarding our Graduate program, and present and promote our company at careers fairs and industry events.
- Maintain HR records, workforce data, and prepare basic reporting.
- Assist with wellbeing, culture, WHS initiatives, and learning & development activities.
What we're looking for:
We're after someone approachable, reliable, and detail-oriented who can balance hands-on HR operations with proactive culture and engagement initiatives. Ideally, you will be based in Norwest and have the following:

- Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards
- Ability to interpret and apply Modern Awards
- Experience in coordinating recruitment, employee relations, and policy interpretation
- Exposure to immigration and visa sponsorship processes

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong problem-solving ability.
- High level of attention to detail and proven ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Proven ability to work to strict timelines for team-driven outcomes, with excellent time management skills.
- Discreet, approachable, and solutions-focused.
- Proven ability to be flexible and adapt to varying situations.
- Ability to guide, influence and build professional rapport with leaders and colleagues.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality and is highly motivated with a desire to learn.
What we offer:
