  • A passion for four wheel drives
  • A mechanical aptitude and 4X4 experience is beneficial. (selling, installing or using aftermarket accessories including Suspension, Fuel Tanks, Bullbars, Canopies, Roof Racks, Spotlights, Dual Batteries and more)
  • Valid Driver's license is preferred.

About the Job:

Complete the daily tasks required for store operation and ensure that promised delivery times and quality standards are being met. Including:

  • Answering sales enquiries both over the counter, by phone, and by email.
  • Preparing sales orders and quotes for retail, dealer and trade customers
  • Processing and completing customers' orders in line with company processes.
  • Processing POS payment for retail customers, and occasional invoicing.
  • Communicating with the customers and suppliers' network to book in vehicles for fitment after parts arrive.
  • Stock ordering and maintenance in line with company processes.
  • Monitoring retail backorders and open orders for the branch.
  • Communicating with the Workshop Manager and Store Manager to ensure that all work involving fitting is completed on-time, in-full and to high standards.
  • Maintain clean and tidy showroom area with full shelves and current displays and ticketing
  • Working at special events such as 4X4 shows and open days.
