Are you a strategic leader with a passion for community impact? We're seeking a dynamic Director of Community Services to lead culturally grounded, client-focused programs across urban and remote regions.

Your new role

This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape service delivery, drive innovation, and champion cross-cultural collaboration in a values-led organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across Community Services and NDIS programs
  • Drive strategic outcomes aligned with organisational goals
  • Embed culturally safe, community-led practices
  • Executive contract with above-award conditions
  • Travel to remote communities required (light aircraft/4WD)

What you'll need to succeed

  • Senior leadership experience in health, disability, or community services
  • Deep understanding of NDIS frameworks and compliance
  • Proven success in cross-cultural environments and remote service delivery
  • Strong governance, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement skills
