About the role

We are seeking candidates across multiple roles to join our dynamic team in our Glass Processing Factory as a Glass Cutter, Vertical Glass Edger, Crane Operator & Dispatch Coordinator. These positions will be based in our Melbourne. You will play a crucial role in our manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of our high-quality glass products.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate glass cutting equipment with precision and care to cut glass panels to required specifications
  • Operate the vertical glass edger to perform tasks such as flat grinding, edge polishing and beveling
  • Safely operate overhead cranes to load, move and unload glass panels and shipping containers
  • Coordinate the dispatch of finished orders, liaising with customers and logistics providers
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following roles: glass cutting, vertical glass edging, crane operation and dispatch coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to workplace safety
  • Relevant certifications or licences (e.g. forklift, crane, machinery operation)
