THE ROLE

The Technology Management Office (TMO) Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating key operations within the Information Technology Services (ITS) Branch. The role ensures the delivery of efficient governance, strategic support, and operational functionality for technology-related activities, including project management, resource oversight, and reporting. Acting as a leader in operational coordination, the TMO Manager will ensure the TMO effectively delivers technology outcomes aligned with organisational priorities.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

  • Oversee the TMO's administration of the Zeno project and portfolio management tool, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and consistent governance processes.
  • Coordinate portfolio managers to ensure prioritisation, risk management, and project governance are applied consistently.
  • Provide portfolio insights to support investment decisions and drive improvement in reporting and delivery oversight.
