Personal Trainer – Powerhouse Gym Southside

Powerhouse Gym Southside is expanding and looking for qualified, motivated Personal Trainers to join our dynamic team of fitness professionals.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Fitness Registration
  • Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
  • Registered ABN
  • Martial Arts / Boxing Coaching experience highly sought after
  • Reformer or Comprehensive Pilates Certification advantageous
  • Proven ability to engage and motivate clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative team player with a growth mindset

You are a passionate, driven fitness professional who genuinely wants to make a difference in people's lives. You bring energy, professionalism, and care to every session, along with:

  • A friendly, positive attitude and professional presentation
  • The ability to connect with clients from all walks of life
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise science, and nutrition
  • A commitment to continuous learning and growth within a supportive team

Your Role

  • Deliver personalised, high-quality training sessions
  • Conduct 1-on-1 and small group (SGT) training sessions
  • Perform health consultations and design tailored fitness programs
  • Support members with programming, technique, and motivation
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base
  • Contribute to a welcoming, results-focused club culture
  • Help members achieve their health and fitness goals — and change lives in the process
