**About the Role**

Being a Trainer is an extraordinary and rewarding role where you have the opportunity to go home at the end of everyday knowing you have made a difference through:

- Leading group training classes
- Mentoring students through their course and providing ongoing support on their learning journey
- Creating a teaching environment that embraces diversity and empowers our students to be the best they can be
- Delivery of HLTAID011 Provide First Aid

If you are joining us with years of training experience, we can provide you with autonomy and flexibility. If you are new to training, we will provide you with all the support and coaching you need to become a successful, engaging Trainer

**About You**
- TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor)
- Hold a Current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (Higher level qualifications desirable)
- Current industry experience within the health or first aid industry
- Experience delivering nationally accredited VET Courses
- Ability to achieve assessment deliverables and compliance requirements.
- Experience in blended delivery: remote, online, face to face and industry workshops
- Demonstrated ability to engage students in a compassionate and understanding way, you are a true people person

**Additional requirements**:

- A current **Working with Children Check**and **NDIS Worker’s Screening**, or the willingness to gain one if successful. We will reimburse you the cost on commencement
- Ability to pass a Police Check
