C1 Academy is an elite, invitation-only football program designed to bridge young Australian talent with opportunities abroad. Backed by international football expertise, we are building a structured, professional pathway for players aged 6–13, including private sessions for advanced and NPL-level athletes 13+.

We are now seeking experienced football trainers to join our coaching team.

Mandatory Requirements (NSW)

  • Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • Football Australia / Football NSW Coaching Accreditation (MiniRoos, Skill Training, C Licence or higher)
  • Ability to comply with Football NSW standards and safeguarding policies

Highly Desirable

  • First Aid Certificate (with CPR)
  • UEFA / FFA B Licence or higher
  • Prior experience in professional, NPL, or academy environments

  • Proven track record in youth player development (ages 6–13)
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to deliver structured, engaging sessions
  • Leadership qualities and excellent communication with players and parents
  • Passion for fostering discipline, culture, and long-term player growth
