What You'll Do- Effectively supervise, lead, coach, and develop a highly engaged team of technical support specialists to achieve superior quality, service, and efficiency goals in support of installer partners.
- Conduct regular one-on-one developmental meetings, performance evaluations, and audits to monitor day-to-day accuracy, process adherence, compliance, and individual KPIs, while resolving technical and personnel issues collaboratively.
- Own and resolve partner escalations from start to finish, providing expert guidance and innovative solutions to ensure seamless installations and services.
- Foster open communication with key stakeholders, higher-level support teams, and technical leaders to set targets for quality, speed, cost, and interdepartmental processes, while sharing knowledge and scaling operations.
- Collaborate with business partners to expand and optimize the service production team, aligning with Tesla's growth targets and partner needs.
- Maintain and evolve team training plans, SharePoint resources, and processes to enhance efficiency, sustain high motivation, and refine the technical support experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Manager, adapting proactively to support business and partner demands.
