The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator or Site Engineer with commercial new build experience ready to step up into a Junior Project Manager position. You'll play a key role in managing commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the delivery of fit out, refurb, and new build projects.
  • Support in programming, cost control, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and consultants to achieve project milestones.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.

About You

  • 4+ years experience as a Contract Administrator or Site Engineer with exposure to new build projects $5m+.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, career-driven professional eager to take the next step.
  • Procore and Jobpac software experience.
