Based in our Parramatta Head office (with some travel to the Sydney CBD) we are seeking Expressions of Interest for an Accounts Receivable / Collections Lead to own end-to-end AR and debt recovery across Alliance Australia business units. This role plays a key part in strengthening cash flow, reducing aged debt, and partnering with branches to resolve billing and payment issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage debtor ledgers and collect outstanding accounts
  • Prepare weekly invoicing and monthly statements
  • Complete banking, receipting and reconciliations
  • Proactively manage aged and high-risk debtors
  • Negotiate payment arrangements and escalate issues where required
  • Partner with Branch Managers to resolve service or billing issues
  • Manage specialist claims including NDIS, DVA and Lifetime Care
  • Produce clear AR and collections performance reports

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable and debt collection
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail and confidence working with finance systems
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • Experience in healthcare, community services or disability (preferred)
